Three stages: fewer containers, smaller outer volume, safer delivery

A desktop-browser 3D loading tool where manual and optimized layouts have equal standing. Optimization runs fewest containers, minimum outer volume, and stable delivery in sequence by default. Each stage has its own time limit and billing, and complete results appear in a separate scene while the original remains.
